Good morning, and thank you for the opportunity.
My name is Amrou Farag, and I am a Senior Restaurant & Café Operations Manager with more than 15 years of management experience in the UAE, mainly across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Throughout my career, I have managed high-volume restaurant and café operations and led multicultural teams of 30 to 50+ employees. My key strengths are P&L management, sales growth, COGS and cost control, KPI analysis, inventory and procurement, SOP implementation, staff development, and guest experience.
I have held management positions with HuQQabaz Café Group, Bonjour Bonsoir Café, Royal Yacht Café & Restaurant, and Kana Cafe in Dubai.
My management style is very hands-on and results-driven. I focus on building strong teams, maintaining operational standards, controlling costs, and most importantly, increasing sales and profitability while delivering an excellent guest experience.
I am currently based in the UAE, I have a UAE driving licence and my own car, and I am available to join immediately.
