In my current role as QHSE Officer at National Catering Company (NCC) in Abu Dhabi, I ensure full compliance with ADNOC QHSE requirements, UAE regulations, HACCP, and FSMS standards across catering operations. I conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain a safe and food-safe work environment, and I have delivered QHSE and hygiene training to more than 500 employees, strengthening compliance awareness organization-wide. Previously, as QHSE Officer with Gulf Asia Services & Hospitality in Ras Laffan, Qatar, I managed food safety, quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance for large-scale industrial catering operations supporting the Qatar Energy Project, overseeing services for approximately 12,000 employees and contractors and more than 36,000 meals served daily, while helping maintain 98% HACCP and ISO compliance through 500+ audits and inspections.
My earlier experience as Senior Microbiologist at the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) further strengthened my technical foundation in microbiological analysis, environmental monitoring, laboratory operations, and root cause analysis. Combined with certifications including NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor, ISO 22000:2018 Internal Auditor, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and multiple Highfield Level 3 & 4 awards in Food Safety, HACCP, and Food Allergens Management, I am well-equipped to drive compliance, safety performance, and operational excellence in a QHSE role.
