As an immediate joiner currently in Abu Dhabi on a Visit Visa, I am eager to apply my 5 years of experience in store operations, inventory management, and customer delivery service to a challenging and competitive position.
During my time as an Assistant Storekeeper/Delivery Boy at Haji Jalal Super Market in India (Tamil Nadu) from 2019 to 2024, I developed a comprehensive skill set, including:
Store Operations: Assisting in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming materials, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and organization for easy inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness. I also supported accurate stock records in the inventory management system.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with procurement and logistics for material delivery and collection, and assisting in the loading and unloading of materials when necessary.
Customer Delivery: Successfully executing pickup and delivery tasks, utilizing GPS and navigation apps to plan efficient routes, and ensuring order integrity and accuracy during transit. I am skilled in professional customer interaction, handling inquiries politely, and conducting daily safety checks on vehicles (motorcycle/bicycle).
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
I possess strong personal skills, including good communication and interpersonal abilities, a hard-working team player attitude, and the capacity to work long hours under pressure. I am also a good listener and highly willing to learn new processes. I hold an Indian Driving License for 2 & 4-wheelers with a Badge license and am willing to obtain a UAE bike and car license.
