I am writing to express my interest in the Medical Coder / Billing position at Sagility Healthcare as a Senior medical coder. With over 6 years of experience in medical coding and auditing, along with 3 years in medical billing as a Senior Claims Adjudicator, I bring a comprehensive understanding of healthcare documentation, claims management, and coding compliance.
In my previous roles, I have:
• Specialized in Evaluation & Management (E/M), Radiology, and Physical Therapy coding across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Reviewed provider information, dates of service, CPT/HCPCS codes, ICD-10 codes, and billed charges for accuracy.
• Audited team billing, conducted weekly error sessions, and ensured compliance with client requirements.
• Processed and adjudicated electronic insurance claims, handled claim rejections, resubmissions, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintained strict adherence to HIPAA and healthcare billing regulations.
I am highly familiar with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines and have completed IP DRG training. I am immediately available to contribute my skills to your team and support efficient coding and billing operations.
