As a Storekeeper at Taylors International Catering Services MENA, I oversee the daily receiving, storage, and distribution of food, beverages, and catering materials while maintaining accurate inventory records using ERP software. I collaborate with kitchen, production, and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
With a foundation in microbiological sciences and immunology from ZPHS, I apply my knowledge of food science and inventory controls to execute efficient stock management practices, including FIFO/FEFO procedures and stock verification. By supporting internal and external audits and addressing discrepancies, I contribute to upholding operational excellence and compliance.
