I have a solid background in IoT Technical Specialist (Tracking Solution-IoT Based) from past 7 years and an education that will allow me to greatly contribute to the company in this role.
My degree in BE Computer Science and Engineering provided me with the strong foundation to pursue work in IT Support. Iam serving as an Project Engineer (Tracking Solution-IoT Based) in Arabian Construction Co, Abu Dhabi
The following are some additional highlights of my qualifications and experience:
• Implementing and Supporting the RFID/ IoT based Software and Hardware in Construction Sites.
• Monitor and Manage all RFID/IoT based projects in ACC.
• Tested function of peripheral equipment and completed quality repairs.
• Assist software developers to resolve technical issues during the software development process.
• Conducted on-site training sessions for clients on system usage and maintenance.
• Maintained accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
• Generating and Analyzing the Reports from the Software and Submitting to the Management through MS Excel and MS Power BI.
• Answered user questions about hardware and software operation to help resolve problems.
• Offered technical advice to programmers and developers to help optimize designs.
