I work closely with operations, kitchen, and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency, accurate reporting, and compliance with company standards, client requirements, and HACCP guidelines.
Previously, I worked with Apex National Catering (IHC) for over four years as an Administrator, managing staff mobilization, attendance, payroll coordination, document control, SAP transactions, petty cash, sales reconciliation, and executive reporting. I have also gained strong financial and data-handling experience during my tenure as an Account Support Executive, where accuracy, confidentiality, and reporting were key responsibilities.
