While my professional background has been primarily in Process & Operation Engineering and Project Management, I am eager to transition into any other related field and contribute meaningfully to your team.
In my current role, I was promoted to Project Manager from the Process Engineer role for the DAS Asset – ADNOC Offshore Project, leading delivery of key objectives within scope and timeline. I manage client communications, lead weekly progress meetings, and maintain detailed reports for accountability. I introduced a daily activity tracking system to improve visibility, oversee a team of 4 engineers, and provide performance feedback to senior management. I also mentor team members on operational SOPs and manual development, ensuring full compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards.
In my last role, I was selected from over 100 candidates and successfully completed a 3-month training program. Since then, I have developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manuals, and E-learning modules for several key ADNOC Offshore projects, including Arzanah Island, Zakum Central Complex, Al Ghallan Island, and DAS Island. I also collaborated with a 4-member team to deliver project milestones and trained new team members on SOP development.
While my current focus has been primarily technical, I am eager to explore new challenges and broaden my experience further. I am particularly interested in roles that offer opportunities to grow and contribute across different phases of engineering work.
