Salaam Alaikum/Hello,
I’m a qualified teacher with a passion for helping children feel confident and excited about learning.
I have over four years of teaching experience across the UK and internationally. I began my teaching career in the UK, where I taught for three years, and I have also spent a year teaching in Bahrain. I have recently moved to Abu Dhabi and I’m excited to continue supporting children through tutoring.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Teaching, which have given me a strong understanding of both child development and effective teaching strategies. I have extensive experience working with children in the Early Years, particularly supporting the development of early reading, phonics and mathematics skills.
One of my particular strengths is phonics and early literacy. I have successfully helped improve phonics outcomes and data within schools by using engaging approaches. I believe that children learn best when lessons are enjoyable, interactive and adapted to their individual needs.
Whether your child needs support building confidence, strengthening their phonics and reading skills, developing their early maths understanding, or simply wants to enjoy learning in a positive environment, I would love to help.
My aim is to make every lesson engaging so they can make progress while developing a genuine love of learning.
