Ltd for more than 10 years. There, I spent most of my time in client co-ordination, inspection
reports, sampling reports, Rostering, Revenue handling and in office management Operations
controller handling the overall supervision and co-ordination of the department, inspectors,
samplers and field staff. Additionally, I supervised the whole of the department with ample
knowledge in operating BOSS system used for job booking, rostering, billing and allocation of
payments. Also I am very much expertise in mentor and guide field staffs on safe methods of
work in factories and cold stores on work sites in SGS India Pvt Ltd, Cochin, Kerala, India.
My profile also includes with Testing, planning and sampling of sea foods of entire level and
standards. Also highly experienced in customer handling and resolving complaints on any
level. Also maintains a healthy communication within the staffs and customers in creating a
live and fresh atmosphere. I confidently express as methodical, result oriented person with
outstanding communication with extreme time management capabilities.
On top of my experience, I am the Kerala University Graduate in Bsc. Chemistry.
