Looking for Customer Service / Call Center Job – English Arabic Fluent

Hello, my name is Reem Jalal Al Hammadi and I am looking for a Customer Service or Call Center position. I am fluent in English and Arabic and have strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. I am currently a Social Innovation student at Zayed University, and I have experience organizing events, leading teams, and working under pressure through my student council roles and different university projects.
I am reliable, punctual, and able to handle responsibilities professionally. I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping a positive attitude with customers. I am mainly looking for a part-time role, but I am also open to a full-time position if the work is hybrid.
