Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my strong interest in the Chef position at your restaurant. With 8years of experience in high-volume premium kitchens across the UAE, I have developed the technical skill, discipline, and passion for quality that aligns with your company reputation for culinary excellence and authentic Arabian hospitality.
In my current role as Demi chef de partie at Todd English and PUD Abu Dhabi Airport I independently run the Grill/Sauté/pizza/sushi section during service for up to 200 covers.
My key responsibilities include:
Station Management*: Execute full mise en place and service to Bateel-level standards, ensuring consistency across every plate
Quality & HACCP*: Maintain Dubai Municipality HACCP compliance, temp logs, FIFO, and pristine section hygiene
Cost Control: Adhere to recipe specs and portioning to control food cost while minimizing waste
Team Support: Train Commis 2/3, support other sections during peak times, and ensure smooth handovers

I understand the expectations of Bateel’s clientele and take pride in delivering dishes that are both visually elegant and consistent in taste. I am trained Arabic, Asian , America, Italian cuisines, and I adapt quickly to new menus and SOPs.
