Highly skilled in preparing specialized fillings (including Kunafa chocolate fillings, ganache, pralines, and nut pastes), shell filling, enrobing, moulding, tempering, and recipe execution. Strong background in kitchen hygiene, HACCP awareness, and high-efficiency batch production.
