With over 16 years of professional experience across the UAE and India, I bring strong expertise in financial accounting, property management accounting, VAT compliance, and end-to-end finance operations.
Currently, I am working with Limra Property Management LLC in Abu Dhabi, where I manage accounting for rental properties including apartments, flats, rooms, and office spaces. My responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing VAT returns in compliance with FTA regulations, performing bank reconciliations, monitoring tenant payments, and generating financial reports using Zoho Books.
Previously, I worked with Abu Saifain Cement Products EST & Abu Saifain General Contracting LLC, where I managed full-cycle accounting functions, including payroll processing (WPS), supplier payments, purchase order management, and financial reporting. I also have experience working in construction, steel, and retail sectors, which has strengthened my ability to manage diverse financial operations efficiently.
I am proficient in accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, RBS ERP, and Al Ameen, and I have a strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements. My ability to maintain accurate financial records, meet deadlines, and support audit processes allows me to contribute effectively to organizational success.
