Job Vacancy – Administrative Manager (Medical Centers) A leading group of medical centers in Abu Dhabi – Al Dhafra Region (Madinat Zayed) is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced: Administrative Manager Key Responsibilities: 	•	Oversee all administrative and operational functions across medical centers, ensuring smooth daily operations. 	•	Manage and supervise administrative and medical teams to achieve high performance and quality standards. 	•	Coordinate with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH) and other authorities for licensing and regulatory requirements. 	•	Develop and implement operational and strategic plans aligned with the group’s objectives. 	•	Monitor financial and administrative performance and prepare periodic reports for top management. 	•	Handle HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. 	•	Liaise with suppliers and service providers and oversee contracts and procurement. Requirements: 	•	Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 	•	Minimum 5 years of experience in managing medical centers or healthcare facilities. 	•	Strong knowledge of DOH (Abu Dhabi) regulations and healthcare standards. 	•	Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 	•	Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
