We’re currently looking for participants based in the United Arab Emirates (specifically in Abu Dhabi for this round - Dubai location will be coming in a few months) to take part in an exciting project testing the next generation of transportation: autonomous vehicles (self-driving cars). As part of this project, you will experience a ride in a vehicle with no human driver behind the wheel. You will be asked to follow specific scenarios and evaluate various aspects of the journey, from booking the ride via the app to the in-car experience. Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for a wide variety of perspectives for this study: First-Time Riders: Never been in a self-driving car? We want to see how intuitive the experience is for a beginner. Experienced Riders: Have you used autonomous taxis before? Your expertise will help us identify subtle improvements and advanced feature performance. What You Will Be Doing: Qualified participants will perform a series of tasks, including: Pre-Trip &amp; Pickup: Testing vehicle arrival, app interactions, and unlocking the vehicle. In-Vehicle Experience: Evaluating ride comfort, safety perception, and the passenger environment. In-Vehicle Controls: Testing the usability of the hardware and digital display controls inside the car. In-App Functionality: Checking features like customer support and mid-trip cancellations. Project Logistics: Duration: Each test session takes between 1 to 1.5 hours. Reimbursement: In addition to the testing payment, all ride costs will be fully reimbursed. Safety: You will be riding in a fully autonomous vehicle operating in designated smart-mobility zones. The main goal of this project is to gather real-world user feedback to improve the safety, usability, and overall experience of autonomous ride-hailing services in the UAE.
