I work in Revit on architecture, structure and MEP — modelling at whatever LOD the project needs, from concept level right through to fabrication-ready. That includes CAD to BIM conversion, as-built models from survey or point cloud, clash detection and coordination in Navisworks, sheet setup, schedules and quantity take-off, and custom Revit families when the standard content doesn’t fit. I also handle Dubai Municipality submissions. Models set up to meet DM requirements, IFC export and validation, naming and parameters the way DM expects, and I stay on the project through the comment and resubmission cycles until it’s approved. If a model has already been rejected, send it over — I’ll review it, fix what’s flagged and get it back in. I’ve worked on residential towers, hotels, commercial fit-outs and mixed-use projects, so I’m used to different consultant standards and deadlines.
