was surprised to read the reviews till i saw the date , 2 years back . may be yes .. but not anymore ... Abu Dhabi mall branch could be the best but this is not applicable for other branches. Etihad plaza and spinney's are not up to slandered. it happened the food was re heated in both branches , burgers were bad in etihad location , burned and also cold , potato was not fresh backed !!! ... i do like the salad selection and the refilling idea which compansates though and mmm the cakes are fresh. all staff are freindly but some of them are not well trained. coffee selections is not as good as it should be , bad mocka ... however comparing to the price .. it might be justified ... looking for improvement always

The employees are cordial and attentive, providing the general customer contentment. While most cafés prohibit smoking, Mugg and Bean provides an area for smokers; so they too can enjoy the unique ambience while having a cigarette. I strongly recommend this venue as it is definetly a place where everyone can fit in! Even if you are not a coffee fan, I am sure there is something about this café that you will find appealing!
