terrible, over-heated frozen food with way too many sauces to hide the horrid taste.
if there was any taste in the food, that is.

I usually Looooove Chilis. However, my last experience at Khalidiah mall branch wasn't that pleasant. I went there with my best friend 2 weeks ago. As we are both pregnant, food is really something important in our life during these months. We were both craving for the chicken crispers that come with the corn on the cob (i absolutely adore the corn and I often order the crispers partly because i want the corn). Anyway. The platter came with french fries, mashed potatoes and NO CORN!
We called the waiter who explained that they were out of corn! I mean things like that can happen, but he should have told us beforehand. When he saw us upset, he said he can exchange the mashed potatoes with rice... Who would eat crispers with rice?? Who would eat french fries with mashed potatoes!!!

We eat there a lot... and absoultely love the food!
Their chicken crispers are very yummy and so is their salads and tacos!!
highly recommend!

Last week I went to Chili's at Abu Dhabi's Khaldyah Mal with a friend expecting to have a nice meal there in regards to the reputation Chili's used have and their price list, but my experience was completely unfortunate. I have ordered a dish that was spouse to be a rib eye steak and to be honest it tasted like "FEET'. My friend ordered a burger and it was so awful that she would've been better ordering a burger from a bowling ally, not to mention how cold the food was and the total lack of food service by the staff their who were clueless and unhelpful. In conclusion I found the quality of food and service at Chili's dropped to its lowest and I don't think I will be going there ever again.
