ADNG - Abu Dhabi Networking Group Monthly Meeting held 9 August 2011 the 1st Annual Ramadan Iftar which was held at the Sadiyaat Room, Hilton Hotel with Presenters Nabil Al Busaidi, Taryam Al Subaihi, Omar Samra.

The evening with 3 extraordinary Arabs who have accomplished world class adventures and expeditions. You are in for a real treat, with their personal stories, pictures and videos of their adventures, Not to mention it will be a great break from the heat.

Taryam Al Subaihi, Adventurer, Environmentalist, author

Taryam is the first UAE national man to write for an English daily, Ambassador for the UAE culture. He recently embarked on a journey to Antarctica with Sir Robert Swan, a renowned polar explorer and environmentalist who was the first man to walk to both North and South poles. With the wealth of knowledge gained on his journey to the ‘icy deserts’ Taryam hopes to begin educating his communities and the Emirati youth about the preservation of the environment.

Omar Samra, Adventurer, Founder & CEO Wild Guanabana

Omar Samra is the first Egyptian and youngest Arab to summit 8,850m Mount Everest and the first Arab to climb Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the world outside of the Himalayas, solo. He has climbed 5 out of the highest mountain on all 7 continents and hope to complete the task by 2012. After 8 years as an Investment Banker and Private Equity professional in London and Hong Kong, Omar decided to follow his passion and start Wild Guanabana, the Middle East's first Carbon Neutral travel company (http://www.wildguanabana.com) specializing in unique and bespoke life transformational travel experiences for individuals and companies.
